Products on Sale of The Nokbox

If your product arrived damaged, please let us know immediately and we will send a replacement part: email help@thenokbox.com with your order number. If you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, let us know what's going on right away and we'll send you a form and instructions on how to send it back.

We accept product returns if you reach out to us within 14 days upon receipt, and send back the product within another 7 days. The product(s) must come back undamaged and resellable. Please note:

• Do NOT “return to sender” or reject the package. We will not accept those from the carrier as the carriers charge us a fee to accept them. Follow the return directions instead.
• Full refunds will not be issued if any part of the kit comes back damaged or opened.
• Customer is responsible for shipping all packages back. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
